Don’t copy paste!

Dear students,
Some students writing is so good that it is identical to a native English speaking journalist!
If you copied, don’t!
You should resubmit.
Any string of five words or more which is identical to the original will be considered plagiarism.
Students who copy once will get zero points for their summary writing.
Kind regards,
Chris Elvin

  1. Dear Mr. Elvin,

I am sorry for using this comments section with no direct relation to the current class.

I am Naruhiko Mikado, your former student, and here I want to express my profound gratitude to your guidance in the Academic Writing class which I attended a few years ago. Thanks to the expertise in writing which I developed through it, I successfully passed the entrance examination for the graduate school of Osaka University, where I study American Literature.
I will call on you to offer my thanks directly someday during my homecoming visit, (of course with a souvenir of Osaka.)
May you be happy and healthy. Thanks again.

    Sincerly,

    Naruhiko
